Not a review, really...
I'd like to see you put out a Vegan Pairing chart with suggestions on wine with vegan (read non-meat, non-dairy, no eggs) meals.
Wine Folly
Hi there! While we don't have a poster, we do have a couple articles on vegan foods and wine pairing: https://winefolly.com/wine-pairing/pairing-bold-red-wines-with-vegetarian-or-vegan-food/ https://winefolly.com/tips/can-vegans-drink-wine/ It's also important to remember that winemakers around the world use different fining agents to soften or reduce astringency/bitterness; remove proteins capable of haze formation; or reduce colour by the absorption of polymeric phenols and tannins. The fining agent reacts with wine components, chemically or physically, to form a new complex that can be separated from the wine. Commonly used fining agents include gelatine, egg whites, and casein, none of which are vegan. Some countries have regulations about listing these items on their wine labels (Australia does list such items). Have a great day and be well! Cheers, Kelly
I like it so much.
I like it so much. I can always look up to it when I need to decide what to eat or drink for dinner, and it looks so good on my kitchen wall.
The pairing poster fills in
The pairing poster fills in gaps in my wine to food pairing knowledge and makes a quick reference piece for new foods.
This is a great poster
This is a great poster that has helped my wife and I quickly select wines for all of our dinners. It has been accurate for us....at least the wines have been good with our meals! Thanks!
