We strive to ship orders within 1-2 working days. If we're really busy it may take a day or two longer. We travel a lot to create our content and are not always available in the office, however we strive to respond to emails/calls as soon as possible. We will do our best to let you know if there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order. Wine Folly is a small group of enthusiasts, so please be patient.
When you place the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an additional e-mail when we ship. US domestic orders will receive a USPS tracking number. Economy International USPS first class shipping does not include a tracking number.
Most orders are received within a week of shipping. Your tracking number and link might take a day before it's updated. In rare cases the tracking number doesn't update until after delivery, this is a quirk of USPS.
Shipping Costs: Rates start at $5 and up depending on order size.
Delivery Time: Varies 2-10 days depending on service.
We do not provide tracking for international orders. You will get a customs number but we have found the cost of shipping internationally with tracking is prohibitive. In some countries you will be able to get updated tracking information through your local postal service after the order passes customs. If you must have tracking please contact us and we'll give you a custom shipping quote.
Shipping Costs: Rates start at $15 and up (or $9 in Canada).
Delivery Time: The minimum time for first-class international shipping is 5-6 weeks (even to Canada). Shipments to China may take up to 8 weeks. It just depends on the mood of customs and the efficiency of local postal services. If you haven’t received your order within 6 weeks of the shipping confirmation send us a quick e-mail. In most cases the package will show up. If you must have tracking please make sure to specify USPS Priority or above when checking out.
Customs/Duties: Depending on the policy in your country you may be charged VAT or other fees upon receipt of the package.
